Please note that we can only take substantive action based on accurate and well-founded notices.
You may report several elements of illegal content in a single notice. In your notice, you may provide a detailed explanation, specify the exact location of the information (URL), or include any other information that may help us identify the illegal content.
Once your notice has been received, we will review it, and if we determine that the reported content may indeed constitute illegal content, we will take the necessary measures to remove it or make it inaccessible.
You may also submit your notice anonymously. If you have provided your contact details, we will notify you by e-mail about the decision and/or any actions taken, as well as the available judicial redress.
Notices can be submitted by individuals or on behalf of organisations.
